【定時制】キャリガイダンスを実施しました

５月23日（火）、４年生の生徒が地元で活躍する企業の方の話を聞きました。企業が求める人材の話や製造業の仕事の様子について、写真や図を使って分かりやすく話をしていただきました。生徒は自らの進路について考えを深めるとともに、就職希望者は、これから始まる就職活動に対する気持ちを高めることができました。

On May 23rd (Tuesday), the fourth-grade students had the opportunity to listen to a presentation by professionals from a local company who are actively engaged in their community. The speakers provided a clear explanation of the desired qualities and skills sought by the company, as well as an overview of the manufacturing industry through the use of photographs and diagrams. This presentation allowed the students to deepen their thoughts regarding their own career paths, while also inspiring prospective job seekers to cultivate a positive attitude towards their upcoming job search activities.
