鶴城小学校で「先輩に学ぶ会」Learn from Seniors at Tsurushiro Elementary School

●1月27日（木）、鶴城小学校で恒例の「先輩に学ぶ会」がありました。この会は外国にルーツをもつ子どもたちに、先輩の話を聞いてもらい、今後の学校生活に活かしてもらうことを目的としています。

On January 27th(Thu), a lecture to learn from the senior students were held at Tsurushiro elementary school.  This lecture has been held every year for the children from abroad to share the experience of their seniors.

●定時制に通うインドネシアにルーツをもつ生徒が、自分の体験を話しました。彼女は15歳で来日し、ゼロから日本語を学び、大学進学の夢をかなえました。現在は学習指導員として西尾市の日本語初期指導室カラフルで働いています。

One of our students from Indonesia shared her experience in the lecture.  She came to Japan when she was 15 and learned Japanese from the start  and struggled to enter the university in Japan.  Now she works as a language assistant at Karafuru in Tsurushiro elementary school.

●話を聞いた生徒たちが前向きに学校生活に取り組み、努力して夢や目標をかなえてくれるとよいと願っています。

We hope all the students from abroad not to give up and  try hard for their goal.
